Road Scholar – Dr. Daily speaks at Florida State

Florida State University’s series of talks by distinguished scholars from other institutions in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Their Fall ’14 mini-series coincides with three home football-game weekends involving ACC opponents. Dr. Daily spoke on “Affective Computing: Emotion Detection, Reflection, Interactivity” as a part of this initiative.

Young Engineers – Lunch and Learn

A.J. Whittenberg Elementary School in Greenville, South Carolina hosted Dr. Daily for their Lunch and Learn Series. The students learned about affective computing and created their own machines to sense and respond to emotion.
